Welcome Home

Let down,
In search of a purpose to feel like she's worth the breath.
To feel like there's something to hold to when there's nothing left.
She looks to the sky,
Says "If anyones out there, save me from being alone. God if You're out there help me find my way home."

She wonders why,
She let it get this far.
She starts to cry.
She only wants the love,
Of open arms.
And if only she knew the love she had was calling out her name,
She'd break down her wall to ditch it all.
Who says.. You can't start it all again.

In her room,
She stands quiet releasing the pain at the base of her hand.
She's in this too deep and she's telling herself that she can't
Get out.
Oh how it'd be different if she had somebody to show.
God if You're out there help me find my way home.

She wonders why,
She let it get this far.
She starts to cry.
She only wants the love,
Of open arms.
And if only she knew the love she had was calling out her name,
She'd break down her wall and ditch it all.
Who says.. you can't start it all again.

She fell to her knees.
A rush up her spine.
Her heart beat with love.
Her lungs filled with life.
I've been waiting for You
You were never..
Alone.
Welcome home.

She now knows why,
She had it get this far.
She wipes her eyes.
She's got a love,
Inside her heart.
